In configuration type „star”
In „star” type configuration, the CONFORM-3S indoor unit is the central point enabling plugging in up to three hot-swap multiplexer cards (MIC) and so create connection of up to three standalone PtP microwave links of series WAVEFORM-FO or WAVEFORM-4W with united management overview. Multiplexer card type determinates the way of the connection between indoor and outdoor unit – via metalic or fiber optic line.
„Star” topology enables you relatively cheap and quick expansion with additional microwave lines.
The system works in licensed bandwidth from 7 GHz to 38 GHz with transmission speed of 8 Mbps (standard E2) or 34 Mbps (standard E3).
